Well one thing is for sure, you need more hp, since you gotta discard treads. So after the initial bands/diff/boots, go for a health booster (cant recall the name tbh), then if the opposite team fancies you as their prime target go for a full heart otherwise go for radi.

Actually, treads are the only viable boots on Spectre. With or without the attack speed, Spectre needs the HP. Phase can be achieved by Spectral Dagger, and global tele through Haunt.

I usually get 2 circlets and a chicken 1st, then bring myself some consumables wit the chicken, once u get 500 gold, get boots then farm up a quick diffusal blade, as soon as u got that, try to get one or two kill with ur ult then rush a manta, starting with yasha then ur ultimate orb, if you are farming well you can get travels in between ur yasha and ur ultimate orb, if not , go for treads whenever u can, after u manta u will need mone more survability, so a heart would be best at this state, then get a buriza because your images also benefit from crits, and in the end, you can get a butterfly, also dont forget to pgrade ur diffusal whever u run out of charges.
