No hero is ultimately "crappy". It depends on the player. Any experienced player could take ANY hero into any pub game and dominate that pub game. Higher levels of play is an entirely different story though.

dota really isnt hard if you know what to do

last hitting is really easy. just hit the creep with your attack when its at red health and is about to die. anyone can do it.
