And you really can only have 1 kind of boots. Its the only kind of item that is restricted to 1

but you can have many Boots of speed

since you are a doom fan, and i respect that, ill offer my knowledge =p

you can have more then 1 kind of boot, but the movement speed wont stack.*

treads/phase/travels all work with yurnero, it really depends on your playstyle or preference.

yurneros ult is fixed damage, except for the bonus attacks from IAS.
