are you gonna jungle? (most of the time you should)
if so, go 2 stouts. then go RoH, then boots, then finish ONE vanguard and get blink, then go shivas, and then get either a heart or more armor. if you want to get travels, get them after u get blink. blink is the most important item you have.
if you're not jungling go 1 stout and tangos, and just go along with the other build but with one less stout
