Dynamic ips < Static ips, though dynamic allow you to change your IP. You can do it with static, but it requires computer savvy.

anyways who would want to play there, only noobs, and the league is stupid, you cant even flame there, its one big joke ass, you get banned after 2 days for nothing -.-

no he has a point, they have a real weak tolerance to flaming. part of gaming is gloating when you are winning, and thats "frowned upon" in the league for some reason. screw sportsmanship, ill stick to pubs/IH/scrims.
