Reason no -np:
Some characters are item based. They sit in a lane and farm the way through. While the others are not. Well an item based hero like Knight Davion, will not use runes as much as the others. Becouse he has high regen and he can easily stay in a lane. But some other characters needs to kill the others, dominate their lanes. And for that they will need to use bottle or runes.

Reason so -sh:
Firstly none heroes are designed to battle with themselves. Never forget that. And on the contrary -sh mode is VERY chance-based. Yes, really it does. For example you are playing Mortred-Mortred. %30 chance to miss, %15 chance to crit... Here you go. Or imagine Ogre Magi-Ogre Magi.

i'd play u but only on Garena, and only accepted modes would be -rd or -ap or -cd or -cm

don't have garena.

id play you on northrend with my 100mbit hostbot none has been lagging so far even tho it was a chinese boy playing last time

I'd play but your no -sh arguments are flawed, since the 'chance based' is part of the game.. same as it would be in a normal 5vs5. The 'chance' to get a countering hero to your opponent is much higher, and therefore makes -ap or -sd stupid, especially since both people are going to wait for the other to pick first.
