Most rigged when I used to play were Gondy, Riki and Balanar. Most rigged for a little more experienced nubs is probably WD since his unbalanced Maledict+dagon+ward=gg. Tbh though there are no "best" or "worst," depends on the player.

I used to love weird builds and one of my favorite which never lost me a game (of the 15 or so I used it in) was caster beastmaster with max axes and 2 into stats then max the swing speed skill and mighty roar as you hit the levels. I can't exactly remember the items but I believe it was farm quickly for a dagon then farm for a refresher. Beastmaster is a gfg farmer if you know what you are doing. Tbh builds like this are risky and will not work unless you know what and why you are doing it. Oh yea, I think I went for orchid also. Along with a vlads beast will also do good base damage.

Really depends on whos playing who. They all can dominate when played properly. ive always enjoyed chars that have outs like the potm or pudge or tiny.
especially puck, i dominate early game with him then late game i get raped

With puck if you get fed early on you need to decide if you want to be support or switch to a damage hero. When I pubbed with puck I would get like 10 kills in the first 15 minutes and then get like eye of skadi and burizas and stuff. Or get MoM or Satanik and then mkbs or burizas or something.
