i usually get gg item like

Blink Dagger (You think you can escape from my mana-stealing snakes and Stone Gaze? Think again bitch)

Boots of Travel (I can travel anywhere on the map now, better not fuck with the ~Medusa~)

Helm of Dominator (You can dominate creeps aka dominate purge satyrs = double the slow, also shows dominance over your foes, They will think twice before attempting to gank you when you're solo top lane and every one on their team is mia)

Ghost Scepter (In the event that they DO try to gank you, you can ghost yourself to be impervious to physical attacks)

BKB (Use right after Ghost Scepter, now they can't touch you at all, this gives you time to initiate your combo (Blink into their int hero, mana steal, Gaze, run)

Force Staff (Helps you in the running process)

Get treads, then manta, then butterfly, then desolator, then another desolator, then a heart, then sell the heart for another desolator, then win.
