PotM - Bottle, 2-3 Wraiths, Treads/BoTs depending on the situation, Diffusal/Maelstrom depending on if you want to gank or carry more, Manta if you want to carry maybe? Haven't tried it since the change from Diffusal build up, Butter if you don't want Manta and somehow have the gold.

SK - Phase, Bottle/Magic Stick, Blink, anything after that is luxury, Heart or something.

ES - Bottle, 2 Nulls, Blink, Phase, Shivas if you somehow get fat

Clock - 2 bracers, bottle/stick, Phase, after that its whatever you feel like, he's a heavy ganker

Lina - 2 Bracers/Nulls, bottle, Phase, Blink, she doesn't make good use of gold, so don't try to KS with LB but instead set up kills for someone who does make good use of the gold. Also, please don't lane her after level 6

these are good just don't get bracers on cw if you aren't dieing .. go phase bottle magic wand(maybe) then go bkb or scepter, probably both, then go shiva or heart or some people even go blink.

BKB for sure, but I've never been a fan of scepter on clock tbh, while the build up is good, I just don't think I've been in many situations where I needed a 2nd hook in 20(I think?) seconds. Never really considered blink on him either, doesn't seem like he would benefit enough from the gold spent.

big team fights, clockwork is the initiate so you're the first one in and probably the last one out unless the other team likes leaving the carry and support up while they kill you. believe me having 2 hooks in a fight is amazing.
