Just jungle at 15-17 min Radiance, give it to your bear, and just keep Rabies up while your bear kills towers in seconds with you safely in the back.

first you get sylla then get his bear spell
put shield and quelling blade on the bear and go creep

No, spirit had it right. Radiance rush=win on Sylla. He's really a great addition to a push lineup, and he can jungle like a beast. Basher is an amazing waste of gold, as hyper or x3 gloves of haste is cheaper and will proc his bear's disable more often. I've found that I like phase on the bear as well. Treads stat bonuses are a waste, and phasing is very handy on the bear.

Sylla himself just needs some stat bonuses and either phase or BoT. After that is pure luxury, and anything can work. Although, he can be a good candidate for team support items. By the time you start getting DPS items on both the bear and yourself, the game should have been long over.
