i literally just bought this game, installed it and played a couple matches. i Went to bed last night, just woke up to play it and my cd keys muted? What in the fuck is the deal, i don't map hack or run any crazy programs. I literally have facebook, skype, d2jsp open, that's it. I emailed them and i got an automated response with some bs in it. I called them and some bitch on the phone told me i was caught using 3rd party programs to change the game in some type of way. I said how is that possible, i just got this game yesterday and played 2 games, that doesn't even make sense. Said your files being looked at but it doesn't look good for me, and that there is nothing she can do about it. I'm basically being robbed right now, and i really wanted to play this game -.-

Do you still have the receipt for the game? Take a S/S of that with the date visible and send it on your support ticket. If the actions were performed before the date of purchase, you should be in the clear.

The key is tied to the bnet account so the box being open doesn't mean anything.

If he could tie the key, that means it wasn't used before that since they are unique to accounts.
