[19:01:32] Levente 'cpt' Kovássy: forcefields as destructible
dts have non permanent damage
storms last 8 seconds and deal 100 damage instead of 4 seconds and 80 damage
chargelots to have dumber ai, to actually have to micro them
nexus cannon removed
longer blink research time

"storms last 8 seconds and deal 100 damage instead of 4 seconds and 80 damage"

This must come with some serious nerfs to Terran bio otherwise TvP is gunna be unwinable for Protoss

hey, let's just play starbow, it's so much better than actual sc2.

without nexus cannon, PvP would go back to the stone ages and PvZ would be FFE every game again

DTs without permanent cloak is just a crime against nature

and that zoning business is just wrong

storm's duration was longer in BW but your units were also a bunch of retards and took forever to move out of storm

SC2 unit AI is much better so it makes sense that it deals its damage faster

Nobody gives a shit about pvp, it's still shit with or without nexus cannon
okay, the dt thing is like whatever
zoning, how is that wrong? It makes you to change position there fore it is zoning? if it forces you to move out of it either way, it is zoning, and that is the primary role, reducing effective dps of units, because they have to move away. In broodwar units were also a LOT less clumped up, because of that stupid ai, therefore it hit much less units.

Tosses still complain that pvp is a coinflip even with nexus charge, so then really, who gives a shit

storm can also zone but it zones because its primary function is dealing a lot of damage (if someone storms your army, you're not going to be concerned with "zoning", you're going to be rebuilding units)

no PvP is not a coinflip

if you worked for Blizzard, PvP would go back to WoL style PvP with almost exclusively 1 base play vs 1 base play

PvZ would be FFE every game into zerg maxing on roach/ling and crushing through forcefields and killing the Protoss army/base

PvT might be more interesting if the Protoss can manage to live with delayed blink and no nexus cannon with medivacs zoom zoom zooming all over the place

Yeah, that is kinda the point, storm should NOT be a primary damage dealer, I didn't say it wasn't one. I don't really think nexus cannon effects pvz too much, the forcefields would have a reasonable amount of hp of course, like 400.
Protoss would have to put more effort into stopping drops than pressing a button.
