I haven't really followed the latest patch, I'll google and read.
But, does this mean that people who doesn't own a Starcraft II account are able to create one to play Arcade games for free?

I'm asking because I have a lot of friends who wants to try it and we usually play Peepmode together for fun.
If arcade is free, then we all can play Peepmode together, and they don't have to buy the game.
