1rax fe lets you get 6 marines before the oracle arrives

There is also very similar version of this build where you open 2rax FE without gas and reactor. It lets you get even more marines faster and you get your expand roughly the same time as 1rax reactor FE.

In my opinion reaper fe is still better. Scouting one pylon on base basically means oracle proxy, so just make a turret. 1 rax fe stays in the dark, you don't know what type of tech the toss will do, or if he will do a 2 base timing or 2 base all in, etc. The reaper let u know everything.
