I am trying to download the client on battlenet but this error keeps happening: error code: BLZPTS0000F

This error occurs when one or more of your game files are corrupted and can’t be opened, which is usually caused by a bad disc or an unstable Internet connection. Follow the steps for your operating system to resolve the issue.

If you're using wireless internet, try switching to an optimized wired connection.

I don't have an unstable internet connection

I don't even have a battle.net tools folder
edit: it wouldn't let me download English (us) version but lets me download English(EU) version
