Hello, Alex. Good to see a new member joining our community here!
My first recommendation would be to play through the Wings of Liberty campaign, so you get a feel for the units and start to develop basic mechanics. Make sure to use hotkeys and control groups as you play the campaign; although you can complete it without them, they will be the foundation for your future success in multiplayer.
If you've already done that, the next step, as Perf3ction suggested, would be to search for some common Terran openings. I have included two popular examples at the end of this post; you can use either of them in any match-up for now. Later, you will learn more builds and decide which builds to use against which types of opponents, but for now keep it simple and pick one build to execute every game.
When learning the game, there are 3 things you should focus on mastering. These are arguably the most important 3 things to learn in Starcraft 2, and many high level players still struggle with these fundamentals. The better you get at these 3 things the better you will be at Starcraft 2.
1. Constant worker production
Starcraft is a game of resources. He who has more money makes more units and wins. Workers are the key to that--the more workers you have, the better. You don't want to stop making them until about 65 workers, which for a beginner means you make workers the entire game. Try to never leave your command center idle; always have it building a worker.
2. Spend all of your money
Money does you no good sitting in the bank. More units than your opponent = more wins, so spend the money any way you can. For now, it doesn't make much difference what you make, so long as you're making things.
3. Don't get supply blocked (being unable to build units because you don't have enough supply depots/overlords/pylons)
If you're supply blocked, you can't make things, which means your opponent is getting more stuff than you and will kill you. Avoid long periods of time where you are unable to build things. The less time you're supply blocked, the more likely it is that you'll have a bigger army and win.
After you've tried this stuff out a little bit, come back for more advice; there are lots of good guides out there for beginning players, such as the Day[9] Daily series, especially his Newbie Tuesday videos.
Good luck and happy hunting
