Go mech or be 1000x better than your opponent.

You can multitask better. Force him to siege up in the middle of the map and use his slowness against him. Drop multiple places and force him to all-in or turn around.

or just abuse the fact that mech is even shit in tvt.
Keep trading, multitask well, outmacro him and go for a safe skyterran asap or just blow him up earlygame. (Using nukes is also viable vs mech)

Mech vs Bio is more imba than PvT

I mech all matchups, and I was quite successful with it when I was still playing. Doesn't mean it's not utter shit if you face someone who knows how to play against it.
