Toss isn't overpowered at the premier league level but can feel pretty imba when a couple of storms destroy your entire bio army.

Blizzard's failure to correct this leads to people quit -> results in a dead game.

David Kim / Dustin Browder are pretty dumb.

If toss got nerfed it would be useless (even more so) at premier league level. Get better or quit, the game is loyal to the pro community. I don't think they care what a bunch of whiny diamond/masters think.
