What do you think about this?

1) log in and 6 pool
2) after game is down do 6 sit ups
3) repeat 10 sets



thats 10 6 pools and 60 sit ups

How about for every loss. You do 50 push-ups. Gl;hf

of course not, quicker the sets the better, keep the tension on your abs while 6 pooling too by flexing the entire time


TUT = time under tension, its what makes gains in your core, so TUT + the sit ups you do can give you a 6 pack (i think anyway)

The exercise is easy for that.

The diet part is not, have fun :D

...but then college happened. Gained the freshman 15. (Actually 40 pounds) :/

Not quite, I bulked up a bit more. But I lost any ab definition I had. Gone. I have a tiny belly atm. Been trying to do more cardio (I hate cardio)

nice weapons of mass destruction ;)

i work 40 hours, only 8 credit units (externally) and i got to masters by all ining so i dont qualify as a starcraft nerd
