Hey guys!

I am currently in gold league as Zerg and was wondering if you guys could your knowledge and help me out with my ZvZ :)
I always find that whenever I try to macro up I get harrased and lose or if i go for roaches they go mutas and if i go mutas they go mass hydras I am unable to scout because they have it all blocked off
and I dont allow scouting either I have been thinking of adding infestors into the mix but I'm not a great player or multi-tasker and am very inexperienced in the ways of using infestors. I have been encountering a weird setup where
I find that the enemy has 4 queens with their 2 bases could you tell why people do this and a build order that incorperates this :)

Thanks alot!

Do not then them get a third base and make sure to hold down your own third effectively. If they go hydras, use banes to take them out. Your mutas should be able to harass very effectively against hydras because they are significantly slower than mutas. People make more queens than hatcheries for the extra creep spread, transfuse, and overall preparedness in case the other player snipes a random queen during some sort of harass.

This. Once you have 2 bases saturated and your spire on the way, make a round of lings and go secure your third while trying to simultaneously deny your opponents 3rd with the lings, have a baneling or two left home to defend your 3rd hatch and hopefully your mutas come out before any timing hits you, if you see shit coming make 2-3 spines+. Get your gas at your 3rd and pump mutas and any lings if you need them, if you only need your mutas, then fully drone your 3rd before you go heavy on the lings (ideal)

When engaging in muta vs muta fights, keep zerglings underneath your mutas to soak up glave wurm bounces (and keep your mutas alive longer than his, if he doesn't do that).

Zergling+Baneling+Mutalisk does it for me.

Zergling and banelings will take care of his hydras while mutas do the job.
