when will blizzard nerf toss or buff terran/zerg late game against toss deathball.

x race is strongest the first 5 minutes!
y race is strongest the next 5 minutes!
z race is strongest anytime after!

= balanced game

is there even a race stronger then other in the first 5 minutes? consider u'll 3 - 4 just to finish ur basic tier building
