How do you beat a fucking terran with 5-6 siege tanks laid on his nat/main?

attack when unsieged/in a weaker position

Expand 3-4 times, build up to 200/200. Or like, buy a single colossus.

If hes turtling and not even dropping you or pressuring at all then just expand around the whole map..
