Is this build viable in PvP and PvZ also?
If not. why?

I heard that you can play greedier in PvZ. as in skipping the earlystalker and zealot and delaying the gateways for tech.

What do you guys think?

Any fast expand for protoss is by far safer than any fast expand that zerg or terran can do.
