To increase apm/eapm here is what I did. When I started I was pretty much exactly the same as you although maybe 160 apm instead of 150.

Step 1. Play extremely fast / spam like crazy while trying to do everything that you normally do. You will make loads of mistakes but that is okay. For me I did with 24 / 234 /456 / 23 / F1F2F3 / F2F3F4 etc.. It is really important to try to still be playing fast/spamming while actually doing real actions. You do not want to suddenly stop and go to a slow speed for real actions. Oh yeah and although any spam works.. it would be better if the spam was cycling your production buildings since that will help later when you try to improve mechanics.

Step 2. Just keep spamming like crazy you will start being able to play normally with the spam without making so much mistakes. At this point you will probably actually have chances at beating people you could beat before you started spamming. Although probably not go 50/50 like normal...

Step 3. Play like you did originally. You will notice you have loads of free time. In your free time you want to spam cycling your production buildings (does not matter if you look at them or not). At this point you should be able to beat everyone you originally could beat before you started spamming. So your skill should be exactly the same but now you have loads of fake apm (although apm probably lower than step 1 and step 2)

Step 4. Focus on almost no spam at all. So your apm will drop loads but eapm will go up from all the free time you have with no spamming. This step is really short not really even a step. I only mentioned it so you will be able to actually feel how bored you are from doing nothing in all the free time you have during a game. Although your eapm will go up and you possibly will even beat some better people you probably will have some problems like reacting to multipronged attacks but that gets fixed in the next step. (You could go to step 5 after just a few games of doing step 4)

Step 5. Pretty much a mixture of step 3 and 4. In your free time you want to be spamming loads as fast as you can but for real actions you want to play similar to step 4. When it is time for you to go from your fast spamming speed to real actions it will feel like you are playing at your original EAPM but you will actually be playing a lot fast. Just like it is hard to go from slow to fast it is hard to go from fast to slow if you are used to playing fast. Your apm here should be about as high as step 1/2 but way higher eapm. It is honestly pretty crazy at this point how you will feel like you are playing at a similar speed as before you started trying to improve your speed but you actually are playing way faster.

This will take a lot of games to work since you need the accuracy to play at a higher speed and there is no fast way at getting that other than just playing loads.

When I first did this I went through the steps pretty fast increasing my apm from 160 to 190 in a week (eapm not a big increase since accuracy could not improve enough). After the week though.. 30 actions of free time was so noticeable I decided to spend even more time on improving my speed. It was way harder obtaining the accuracy from 190 to 230-250ish though. Being used to spamming after that week it only took a few games to play normally from 190 apm to 230s. To actually use a lot of that apm as real actions though took me around 700+ games of focusing purely on it.

After step 5 you can just restart from step 1 again although the faster you get the harder it is to get faster obviously lol. Eventually there will be a point where to improve the amount of quality macro actions you are making a minute is dumb by trying to improve your speed. At that point you will be forced to improve macro mechanics.

So yeah.. this question sounds like it is about speed which is why I answered with how to raise your speed. But you could also just focus purely on your macro mechanics which would also raise your eapm. Eventually though without focusing on speed you might end up like players such as sjow. Or just continue playing normally and you will improve skill in all aspects of the game....
