Speed buff hardly matter for all ins.

Big thing it will be better for is sit back and eco ala terran style while harassing with your medivac/warp prism.

The thing is, it just doesn't really make warp prism any more useful than they already were, it just makes protosses use it, because they were too fucking lame to realize how good prisms really are.
