reis is absolute fucking horse shit in both English and Korean?
Every single of his translations loses about 70% of meat and people wonder why every Korean players give a "generic" answer

Feels like this dreamhack is a little off.

The venue they're at isn't as big as the other ones.

Its hard for you to understand cause you don't know Korean but a good example would be

Taeja interview

incontrol: Taeja you're faced with another teamkill, you've been in this situation before how do you overcome the situation and will it be any different this time around? (roughly what he asked)
reis version of translated question: Its a teamkill, what do you think?

Taeja: I've gotten used to teamkills and its easier knowing that somebody from our team is advancing to the semifinals but I came here for a reason and I'll do anything I can to advance and win the whole thing
reis version of the translated answer: I want to win

Lol wow.

Everyone gets legit upset because "Koreans don't show emotions or say generic boring shit that doesn't attract the interest of the viewers"
I do agree that the gamers should be learning English and be forced to speak English during their foreign interviews, its better for them now and for the future but if they really want to bring the best out of the Koreans with what they are now then they need to get someone who can actually fucking translate to do the translation
Sullyrabbit did a pretty good job with MLGs back in the days, Hwanni is good too but reis is just absolute shit, its like asking high_king_q to do the translation or game analysis
