I want to remove all the no-shows that I can before it starts.How this is going to go down:
Step 1: Find opponent via the bracket above.
Step 2: Allow any casters to cast your game if they want to.
Step 3: Play a best of 3.
Step 4: Report the score in this thread.
Step 5: Watch the bracket to see who your next opponent is.
Step 6: Repeat until all 5 rounds complete.F.A.Q:Q) What map do we start on?
A) I have posted that info above.
Q) Can we replay the same map in one series?
A) No.
Q) My opponent is not online, what do I do?
A) Give him time, wait 15 minutes into the round. If your opponent is still not online, post in the thread that your opponent has not showed up and you will get an advance once the tournament has progressed enough.
Q) I have completed my match, now what?
A) Report the score in the tournament thread, in this fashion.
*ex: Rick > Raine 2-0.Q) Do I need to report the scores of the match, or just who won?
A) I need to know if the match was won by a 2-0 or 2-1, this matters a lot in swiss style brackets.
Q) What the hell is a swiss style bracket?

Q) How long will the tournament take?
A) I'm predicting the group stage to last 3-4 hours, then the tournament brackets will be held on Sunday, which will probably take the same amount of time. Roughly. Hopefully.. Maybe.
Q) Should I sign up if I'm unsure I can make it?
A) No, please only register if you actually plan to compete. (I understand things come up and whatever, so nbd)
Q) Do any lower league players have a chance?
A) Yes! there will be 2 different brackets forming after group play. The top 8 will be placed in a bracket with a 3,500fg prize pool. 9-16th or 24th will be placed into a consolation ladder that will include the rest of the prize pool.
Q) Jerran is blatantly smurfing in the consolation bracket.
A) If someone is smurfing in the consolation bracket, post in the thread and I will most likely eliminate them if the evidence is clear.
Q) Will this event be streamed?
A) Absolutely, Bard will be handling this along with some others if they want.

Q) A caster has requested to cast my game, can I tell him no?
A) No, unless you've already started, let the casters cast. They will be trying to get as many games as possible.
