It's mindgames

at code S levels both players are aware that ling rushes are shit, player A is aware that player B is indeed not a shit player so he dosen't prepare for the ling rush

Player B is aware that Player A is aware that he is not a shit player and thus player B know that player A dosen't expect the ling rush

that's how it works
