like when to expand ect

I would suggest day9 and husky on youtube.
In game there are a few custom games called peepmode or something that let you watch higher lvl players.
Watch streams on liquid.net
Google builds, there are alot of forums out there.

If you're going to give advice atleast give good advice. Getting bad advice is worse than no advice at all.

i Used the Noob meter:

80-100% Noob = Play vs IA / campain
60-80% Noob = Play vs Hard IA
50-60% Noob = Play vs brutal IA/ brutal campain / team games
30-50% Noob = Watch streams/videos
20-30% Noob = Teoriecraft game mechanics and build orders
0-20% Noob = play 1vs1
100% Ultra-Noob = 1vs1 GM/pro
