What are some safe zerg macro builds against terran and protoss?

sMACKTRiCKz 7 roach rush to masters.

zvz -> 14 pool 16 hatch 16 queen 18 over gaz lings
zvp -> 15 pool 16 hatch -> if forge expo -> triple expand like WoL (5;50 2gaz etc ..)
-> if gate expo -> take gaz asap, 3queens and take 3rd when ever u feel it
zvt -> 15 hatch, 16 pool, 17gaz, 4 queens, 3rd expand 6mins

toss are all cute with their gayteway expands into delayed 4 gates right now

since gateway expand doesn't scount, when the map allows i've been going 14/14 against toss
