I played a few games yesterday and in neo planet s, the 2 zergs I played on this map did that 2base nydus / swarm host / queens / spores rush

The first game i opened stargate and had no idea what that guy was doing, and even if I got enough time to get some collossus with range I still lost badly when he added corruptors
the second one i was lucky enough to go blindly 8gates blink and I managed to blink a group of stalker behind the nydus ans I was able to win with micro

But even if I ended up winning the second one, I am not sure what the best answer is vs that build

If you know it s coming, what would be the best build/army composition to counter it?

get several more cannons, transition into robo if you didnt open robo and get colossi to defend and eventually push out and crush it

you have to react immediately with colossi. once you do that, 2 base swarm host is really, really bad.

If they do it right, it's REALLY hard to deal with actually. But you want to go double robo collosus and do counter attacks while you buy enough time to break out.

Get a proxy pylon up, and go fuck him over with a bunch of units at multiple locations.

This is actually the problem. There is 1 location. 2 at best. They are on 2bases. And if they use their nydus right/ have a spine or two. It's VERY difficult to do. Also, you usually don't have a giant gateway count right away, and good Zergs are aware that Counters are the solution so they prep for it with extra spine queen or ling. Some even leave 1-2 SH to defend.

any swarm host play is very weak against proxy pylons and warps, obv.

well, you should just run in with stalkers, and try to pick out queens, and drones, or prod buildings, you can get past a few spines with minimal losses imo, and with every bit of pressure he is losing the grip over you.

Have you ever played protoss?
Run in with stalkers? From a proxy? Vs Speedlings? Vs Spines? SPINES DO BONUS TO STALKERS.

get a warp prism then, I'm just making suggestions, I don't play protoss.
