So i just bought star craft 2 after seeing it looked like fun

unfortunately, i bought heart of the swarm from wal-mart
do i need to buy wings of liberty as well? or can i just buy heart of the swarm and go from there?
it keeps saying i cant activate on battlenet, but its downloading the game on my computer just fine

You should look at the box and read where it says "must have wings of liberty to play."
