vs P it really depends on their opener/build but. I think the 3base 2gas roach/ling all in is decent. Especially until you play the good Protoss.

For build see Life vs Minigun

All in vs T is hard because widow mines and free siege tech is really fucking good lol.

The all-in you do against Terran depends on what you scout. If they're doing mech, a big muta attack can be devastating if you get it in before thors. If it's bio or marine tank, you need to hit a baneling timing of some sort--I think that the WoL games from Life where he goes for a fast infestor/ling/bling aggression style is a good example of this.

Note that neither of these are cheeses; if you want to cheese, 6 pool.

There is a roach-bane-ling, bane-ling or roach ling timings that can hit a terran right around 8 mins

It works well vs terrans that open helion banshee

There are a lot of windows for Zerg to cut drones early and mass units and smash against Terran players. It comes out of the larva mechanic quite nicely and I'm somewhat frustrated that more players haven't explored it...but with how much weaker the Zerg late game has become in HotS vs Protoss, and how challenging it is to reach late game vs Terran, I anticipate we'll see a lot more ingenuity in terms of Zerg timing attacks, and the race will finally start to reach more of its BO potential :)
