For me although I did enjoy the single player and story line continuation along with the decent cinematics.
I know deep down the multiplayer part of the game will be my favourite part of HOTS. (Community dependant)

I can't just pick one. I really liked campaign and cinematics, and storyline wasn't bad either. But, since I beat it already, I will only be playing multiplayer for awhile.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I like hots because I liked all the aspects about HOTS. Game gets 10/10 for me, and since I'm not that high lvl, I don't really experience any imbalances that high lvl players may experience.
