I am currently a rank 1 silver 1v1 Zerg but am having some problems.

Vs Terran

When Terran do hellion openers that go to banshee i die.

Vs Protoss

When Protoss do a 1 base Immortal/Stalker push at around 9 minutes i die.

Any help would be greatly accepted on tips or ways to deal with these pushes.

I'm assuming you should scout better both races. Since you are in silver Your macro/micro needs quite a bit of work too I'm assuming.

I suggest you go on wol and look up the Multitask trainer custom game, and run that on easy-normal as much as you can stomach it. It will improve your macro a TON. I suggest Micro tournament to get more skilled with your units.

If you see the terran player doing a 1base hellion banshee timing just make a few spores. You should be following the 4 or 6 queen build vs Terrans anyway which is more than enough to stop hellion banshee, however you can always reinforce with roach/ling.

Learning and playing standard is def the best way to improve. Stay on track and you can gauge your losses and see how easy it will be to improve.

im #1 silver protoss 1v1 but high plat 2v2 with 2 different guys that are silver-gold solo

The only way to really counter this is to scout and figure out the build that your opponent is doing. This takes a lot of knowledge of the game and is what seperates the good zergs from the bad. Of course at such a low level it probably doesn't matter what build your opponent is doing.

All you have to figure out is if he is rushing you or not. If you can figure this out then you now know when or not to make those drones. Do an early scout and then sacrifice a zergling and an overlord to see if he has a huge army or is building one. Do this and you will instantly fly to platinum league at least.
Having control of towers is also helpful in case he pushes out of nowhere.

step 1: get a 2 base economy

step 2: put 1 spore/1 spine in each mineral line

step 3: make mass roach/ling

step 4: if you see coloss, make corrupt. if you are fighting terran, make banelings/infestors

step 5: a-move to victory.



none of what i said above is particularly efficient, but if you're in silver, this will work till at least low plat...

race has nothing to do with you being in silver, your inability to generate workers and an army are the issue. counte your workers next time...i bet you're not even half saturated.
