Anyone else having "The Battle.net account either does not include a copy of SC2, or has run out of game time. please click ADD OR BUY GAME to add time or purchese the game"

there's scii-1, and scii-2,
pick scii-2 or 1 and toggle in between

It won't let me choose when I open up expansions, I thought it was because i'm EU not US
