How many sit ups (or crunches) should i do everyday to get a 6 pack?

its more about your diet than reps of sit ups / crunches lol..

You can do 1000 situps a day but won't have any abs to show for it unless you cut your body fat to atleast below 12~14%
Crunches are bullshit, stick to standard situps and leg raises

mmm I hear so many people say crunches are shit, then hear a bunch of others saying standard sit ups are shit, and back and forth back and forth back and forth

id prefer sit ups over crunches

the thing that works out best for me is sit ups 1*75 + 1*~50 [x4 sets] pushups right after, push ups are pretty good for tummy too not just for chest triceps back n stuff, its a really good allround exercise and it feels like ur tummy melts when u do it

thats how i do it, numbers are irrelevant, it also can be 1*12 sit ups + 1*6 push ups if u arent into it that much yet

The only reason why people say standard sit ups are shit is because it puts a lot of pressure on your spine and tailbone but its better.
