id prefer sit ups over crunches
the thing that works out best for me is sit ups 1*75 + 1*~50 [x4 sets] pushups right after, push ups are pretty good for tummy too not just for chest triceps back n stuff, its a really good allround exercise and it feels like ur tummy melts when u do it
thats how i do it, numbers are irrelevant, it also can be 1*12 sit ups + 1*6 push ups if u arent into it that much yet
