Just got a new rig and been trying to setup the stream. Well in order for it to be visable the game must be in windowed fullscreen.

Problem is windowed fullscreen causes the game to lag abnormally. Now your thinking something to do with internet speeds and streaming or even hardware, but
not matter what I do the game will not play in windowed fullscreen.

Offline vs ai no stream nothing lowest settings it lags. To explain the lag a bit more... The mouse and boxing and moving around is fine. Everything else like unit movement and response to my command is delayed
and it kinda looks like as if the game was being played in a slower mode and fps was a bit low.

Thats the thing tho. The game says im running a solid 100+ fps streaming not streaming in all modes it runs fine until its in the windowed mode, my performance readers show my cpu and gpu hardly being used.
Everything is up to date that I am aware of...


Specs:

windows 8
Amd fx-4100 3.6ghz
8gb ram
amd radeon hd 6670


Not the fastest hardware, but more than ever enough to deal with windowed fullscreen on lowest sc2 settings no stream.

Sounds like an internet or game settings problem if your commands are delayed.

Update your graphics card from the website by which the gcard is from (MSI , ati etc)

Didn't ask your opinion on processors. I'm well aware Intel is better, but your point is invalid in this thread.



All that is up to date... like i said everything works fine its just when its in windowed fullscreen



Game settings are all normal and fine... if it was an internet problem for say ping, then it wouldn't happen due to a setting.

so its only getting drops and shit when its on windowed fullscreen ONLY for sc2?
maybe the affinity is set wrong, or its only using specific cores
idk look into that shit
