I would assume that 4minute or 4minute girls is a kpop (Korean Pop) group, and that they will be performing at the Blizzard Cup this year, cleverly altered to "Blizzerg" Cup to show the OP's distaste for the Zerg race and assumption that Zerg is over powered, and thus will dominate the cup.
