i was B 1;1 / A 2;2 but I haven't touched BW since SC2 came out :(

and from what i've heard it's mad easier now to get higher ranks since so many ppl quit playing :(

yes i imagine b+ on iccup right now is because there aren't enough people to fill the ranks

i think even kiante is b+ by now
