I was over at a friends house and SC2 got brought up. I logged in on battle.net on his computer to calculate how many days of game hours I've played and it flagged it as suspicious behavior.
I have a security thing linked to my phone but I dropped a nail gun on my phone at work and it cracked my display screen so I can't receive the authorization stuff for my acc..
Anyone have any suggestions? I have a lot of time invested into my acc.. lol

you didn't get banned they just locked it because of the IP change

call blizzard and ask them to remove the authenticator because you can't use it

I have looked and looked for the contact #.
Have any idea where I can find this? All I could find is the note thing to leave to tech support about the issue but it requires me to log into my bnet acc.. lol. fail.

Happened to me as well.

Go to battle.net and they will reset your code, or just call them.

Your account isn't banned.

Just log onto your account, reset it, and change the password.
