Archon can hit air, HTs can storm/Feedback. Cannons for static defense.

Best drop defense is chargelots and ht
Cannons... LOL
Stalkers won't kill medivacs before they start dropping units unless you have them in high numbers

Have a templar patrolling the perimeter of your base and warp in chargelots as you see drops coming
