Since it's a zipped file, you need an unzipper. If your computer doesn't already have one, there are several free ones online. Simply right click the file, hit extract all, and then save the files in your SC2 folder.
C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Documents\StarCraft II\Accounts\ACCOUNTNUMBER\MORENUMBERS\Replays\Multiplayer
