Intel i3 3220 v amd fx 6100

Sure fx is 3 core(6) but sc2 and other games
Don't utilize more than 2. My question would be
Speed of CPU while streaming sc2?

Well, at the high end they are. You can get comparable middle of the line/low end products from both companies. But AMD's top processor maxes out at a mid range i5 and they can't hold a fucking torch to the i7.

get an i5 2500k

i5 2500k is what you want for a solid gaming setup, but the other i5 I linked is slightly cheaper if you're doing a more budget build.

AMD for lyfe. Intel is the Apple of Processors. Similar performance, higher price.
