You mean there is no way for someone in the EU to have access to to beta, only with the intercontinental lag? I know Blizzard neglects EU-folks, but not this much.
Of course if you prove that there is only US beta server, so be it.

Ps.: I myself have some Hungarian friends. They can be some suspicious ones. I see this is not unique to them :)

2. there is no EU region for the beta, only North America / Latin America
3. you have no reputation here, no one will want to risk getting their money scammed
