Promotions won't happen until his wlr is aprox 50

if he is plat and goes on massive win streak reaching master mmr before getting 50 wlr he will not get promoted to diamond

I went up against lots of Masters players last season, and i'm a baddie plat. Never got promoted even though i steamrolled diamonds with my 2-base all-ins. Rarely actually beat masters players though.
