I've been getting paired against diamond/high plat players for the last few days. Pretty sure im close to get promoted if the season wasn't locked

Then this happens.

How did i get paired against a bronze? Never been paired a three league difference.

He's probably on his way to a promotion, too, and the system's trying different leagues on him.

His MMR is super high (someone is boosting his account).

Or it could be placement matches.

Asked him if it was placement matches, nope, been in bronze league for a while now.

I guess it's just that, his MMR must be insanely high. I died a little when i got paired against a bronze. I would of died even more if i would of lost.

It means that bronze player is as good as a platinum player. If you watched dapollo on his Zerg learning account he was silver vsing diamond players. And it took a lot of games to even get promoted to gold.

violet was once gold and played against gms, during the ladder was closed
