Where you can only play people your league level or above. You can choose the league you play as long as its not below your own.

why not just play ladder?

if gold players could only play gold plat diamond and masters

then masters could never play gold ............ and therefore gold could only play gold

plus if ur really really bad and you ladder around bronze - silver for like a year for practice u might as well buy a new cd key cuz you'll never get out
