I hope the oppisite so we can see true zergs work their magic

I really like how they're shifting the Zerg metagame from afkdrone to actual aggression. There is SO MUCH potential for timing attacks out of the Zerg race (due to the unique larva mechanic) but nobody has seen fit to explore them much. Life/Leenock's styles should help Zerg to realize the potential that they have for early/mid game aggression, and THAT'S what I'm cheering for.



Without a doubt, all four are incredibly talented players. I'm just being biased >:(

I feel like whoever makes it out of the group - 1 of the 2 will make it to the finals. No doubt there will be a zerg in the finals.

Why would you risk aggression when you can drone freely til brood infestor? these guys play to earn a living, even if the playstyle is boring as fuck if thats what you gotta do to win theyre gonna do it.

Life and Leenock's recent success proves that it's not the only way to win (and Life's GSL win might even be a strong argument that it's NOT the best way to play :P)

you mean where every game he had brood lords out he won the games vs MVP? life GSL success is due to him having the absolute best team surrounding him, pushing him to become the best he can and preparing builds IMO even better suited to vs their opponent than even MVPs box builds.

Haven't watched the finals yet but I've watched his games up until that series. So far I've been impressed from his timing attacks and relentless aggression. I feel that a lot of Zergs can learn from this and use it as an alternate style to mix in at the very least.

Also weren't the finals 7 games of MVP going mech? Life's solution vs mech against Flash was get to broods (basically), and it worked well for him. Maybe aggression isn't the way to go against mech, but his games against marine tank have featured heavy aggression, and I like it >:3
