I told them that only one of them could enter the tournament. I can't control if he or his brother play, just like I can't control if you hire Day[9] to play on your account in exchange for a Russian Mail Order bride.
I seeded him as low diamond, which is the better brother as far as I have heard. Are you complaining that you might get the lower skilled brother instead? Or that they might gain an advantage because one brother could replace another in the second game and avoid the negative effects of fatigue?
